These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and vb8bd ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the vb8bd website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features available at vb8bd.bio. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the vb8bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing a bet, accessing any game, making a deposit or withdrawal, or otherwise using the vb8bd platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all other policies published by vb8bd. This acceptance is effective from the moment of first access and remains in force throughout the duration of your use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all forms of use of the vb8bd platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL markets), crash games, bonus offers, promotions, tournaments, and customer support interactions. Player Eligibility

To register and use the vb8bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. vb8bd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met.

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register or hold accounts on vb8bd.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by vb8bd or any other gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current registration information, including your real name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your vb8bd account. Each player may hold only one account on the platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

vb8bd operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether registered under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods, will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of vb8bd, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register for an account. The registration process requires a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, a secure password, and accurate personal details. vb8bd uses your mobile number as your primary account identifier and for all account communications.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify vb8bd support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. vb8bd will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• vb8bd may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed appropriate. KYC documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• vb8bd reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity, terms violations, or eligibility issues are suspected.

Deposits and Withdrawals

vb8bd supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in accordance with these Terms. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are communicated on the platform at the time of transaction.

Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The mobile wallet or bank account used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the information on your vb8bd account. vb8bd does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals via supported methods, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly with a minimum deposit of ৳100. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Crypto deposits in USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC, and ETH are supported. On-chain confirmation times are outside vb8bd's control. Players are responsible for sending funds to the correct network and wallet address.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit on the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the rollover conditions are met in full.
• vb8bd applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all financial transactions. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation. vb8bd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML or KYC review.

Bonuses and Promotions

vb8bd offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which include wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Failure to complete the rollover within the specified period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• vb8bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses will be forfeited if vb8bd determines they were claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts. Attempts to transfer bonuses, share bonus funds, or coordinate accounts to exploit promotional terms will be treated as fraud.
• Certain games may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino tables may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. The specific contributing games will be listed in the individual promotion terms.

Players who abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit terms, may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the vb8bd platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or betting market. These rules are available within each game or betting section. In the event of any technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure during a game or betting event, vb8bd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems for virtual games and by live dealer actions for live casino tables. vb8bd does not manipulate game outcomes. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• Bets confirmed and accepted by the platform are final and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after placement, except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature for that specific market.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to specific cricket betting rules published on the platform. Results are determined based on official match outcomes as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI).
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. vb8bd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the player must contact vb8bd support within 48 hours of the event conclusion. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. vb8bd's decision on betting disputes is final, subject to the internal complaints procedure described in Section 14 of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

vb8bd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly within your account settings. • Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information, coordinate bets, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the vb8bd platform for any financial transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain credits, free bets, or winnings that were not legitimately won. Any winnings derived from technical errors must be reported immediately and are not payable.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at vb8bd staff, support agents, or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vb8bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of vb8bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vb8bd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the vb8bd platform without express prior written permission from vb8bd. Any unauthorised use of vb8bd's intellectual property may result in legal action. The vb8bd brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of vb8bd.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vb8bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other loss howsoever arising. vb8bd's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vb8bd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and circumstances beyond vb8bd's reasonable control may affect platform availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by vb8bd's negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Privacy and Data Protection

vb8bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at vb8bd.bio/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. vb8bd uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account Suspension and Termination

vb8bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 08, multiple account violations, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the time period specified by vb8bd following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal enterprise, even where such activity has not been conclusively proven.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be reviewed. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms by the player, vb8bd reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance. Where closure is initiated voluntarily by the player, vb8bd will process a withdrawal of the verified balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.

Amendments to These Terms

vb8bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vb8bd will provide reasonable notice via a notice on the platform or by email to the registered contact. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your vb8bd account or any transaction, you should first contact the vb8bd support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days of receiving your complaint.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the first-line support team, you may escalate the matter by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a full description of the issue. vb8bd will provide a formal written response within 10 business days. vb8bd's decision on formal complaints is final and binding. Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking legal remedies available under applicable law.
